LGX Fitness Gym is a "one-stop shop" in terms to the gym experience. All you'll ever need is here and more. Equipments: All new gym equipments that you can utilize in targeting all areas that you want to develop. Plus, sanitation is not a problem since equipments are requested to be wiped by the towel and alcohol provided every after use. Amenities: There are comfort rooms, one for male and one for female. There is also an aerobics/crossfit area. The place also has wifi where you can connect for free. In the reception area, you can also buy beverages, gym stuffs and supplements. Location/Ambiance: LGX is easy to find just one tricycle ride away. The place is also well ventilated so you can work out with ease to your heart and body's content. Plus: If you are a beginner who wants to start your journey to being fit, LGX Fitness Gym has an in-house trainer who can set-up and develop a routine which you can follow. (Note that trainer fee is excluded in the use of the gym) The owner of the gym is a fitness coach. He offers coaching in achieving a healthy and fit lifestyle. You can ask him yourself because he usually is in the gym. All in all, LGX Fitness Gym is great and will surely help you in achieving your dream body with its complete services and facilities.
