I find that the KFC's where the owners are at and take part in the daily management of their restraints do better.

We went at the end of the night, starving, and they really looked after us. Thank you KFC!

This is the second time I have been here and I was told that the chicken is "not available". Also no ice for the drinks. I was also served the spicy chicken sandwich (which was one of the few items available) instead of the regular chicken. The staff is very friendly but the supply system is very poor considering it is an international chain.
