The only branch with single slices of chocolate cake available. Customer service is ok. Staff gave me service water without me having to ask. The chocolate cake was one of the vest I've tasted in Bacolod. Better than Calea's and Felicia's. I'll have to try Bascon's Baba cake again then decide if this is the best one in bacolod indeed. As for the rest of their other 3 shops in bacolod: Every shop does not serve their famous specialty: the chocolate cake. EVERY Sofia STORE IN BACOLOD WILL NOT LET YOU BUY THIS CAKE IN SINGLE SLICES. You have to buy the whole dadgum cake. What is the point of having your stores when they can't sell your specialty. If tourists won't be able to get them unless they buy the whole cake? You have a lot of competition here in Bacolod. Hope they bury you.

A calm and cozy place to be in with affordable and delicious bread, pastries, coffee and shakes. Their flavored muffins, pan de coco, cheese bitchokoy and garlic bread are my favorites. Their cakes are also impressive.
