Serving customers is just too slow. The fat guy teller is talkative, talks a lot to fellow employee that's why the wait of customers are just too long. He is very slow to move.

Staffs are nice and approachable. Almost all BPI branch have very long queue and this needs attention. Guard is rude, last time I made a stop to drop my sister to make a deposit and withdrawal. The guard rudely told me to go away and did not at least tell where to park my motorcycle so I asked him and pointed a small parking lot for motorcycle which is already full.

Security guards too busy having a conversation to notice customers and not helpful at all. Not a bank of the Philippine unified Islands, charges to make a cash deposit if the account is held on a different island. I am so pleased PNB does not charge exorbitant fees like this.

I like the fact that this is near the house. But I like this branch very much because it seems that the most pleasant people in BPI are pooled here. The office personnel are warm and helpful. They try to go out of your way to help with concerns. The tellers are fast and efficient. Well-lighted branch, with an umbrella rack and chairs for waiting.

Service is quite good. I find their system quick so transactions take about only a few minutes.
