We were very excited after seeing so many nice nail designs in their social media. When we got there, the attendants seem to be in a hurry and were talking among themselves (which was rude as they were talking about other clients). We came back to give them a second chance. And a third chance. It's the same every time. I guess you'll only get good service if they know you. Otherwise, you can't really relax and enjoy the experience because they seem to be IN A RUSH all the time. AND yes, still talking among themselves about other clients.
