Staff are accomodating they answer queries asap.

Not that accommodating. Most of the time staff chit chat. They are hard to contact via landline (no one answers the phone most of the time). Be aware that when you want a repair they have fix rate depending where or what parts you want to get fix. Last time the mechanic was not sure of the rate and just decide a rate of his own.
