Kat Martinez is a gem of a yoga teacher. She turned me from a couch potato to an inspired yoga student who does inversions without hesitation. She made me fearless and for that I will forever be thankful for her gentle knack of making me feel I can do it all despite my years and limited flexibility. Namaste!

Kat has been my yoga teacher for more than 10 years. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, her classes are welcoming to all levels as she can skillfully modify poses during classes. She also teaches private sessions for your individual needs.
