Most Valuable Pet (MVP) Vet Clinic

I want to share my experience with mvp clinic. I am usually not one to say negative things, but I want to share with other pet owners my disappointing experience with this clinic. The doctors and staff were incompetent. My dog’s new born puppies died under their care. I brought my pregnant dog to the clinic early and expected a smooth delivery, but unfortunately it turned out to be a nightmare. I already told the staff to operate (cs) because this was the recommended procedure for a small dog like my French bulldog but she told me that the doctor wanted to try normal labor. They insisted to wait for the milk to come out before they would operate on my dog, so I trusted that they knew what they were doing as professionals and agreed. When they informed me that my dog's milk came out, I they could operate on her already, but I was then told that they would operate the following day instead. Because of the delayed operation, it was already too late to save the puppies because they had already drowned inside their mother's womb. I told the doctor she should have operated as soon as the milk came out. Her response disappointed me because it was somewhere near the lines of "yes I should have done that. Next time I will do right". Knowing that she was a professional in her field, I had expected that she would know what she was doing. Her response disappointed me and just shows nothing but incompetence. I'm sorry to have to say this but I do not recommended bring your pets here.

Without question this is the WORST veterinary clinic I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My asawa called at 10:30am today and asked when the vet would be available. She was told "until 11:30am ma'am". We arrived at 11:06am and we were told "I'm sorry you are too late, the vet is gone until 3:30am". When questioned regarding the time we were told a half hour earlier.. the vet assistant pointed at the office clock that read 11:45! We were then told our cell phones must be wrong! Another customer that arrived at the same time as us was also of the understanding the vet would be in the office. When pushed further for answers the staff then LIED to us and said "the vet was called away on an emergency". We were told we could leave our 8 week old puppy and come back at 4:00pm. I flatly REFUSED to leave my puppy with this incompetent and LYING staff. I went to another vet and received prompt and courteous attention. I have SIX dogs and two cats. MVP will NEVER see one centavo of my money!
