Very unprofessional... They have killed our two little dogs Chummy and Snow yesterday in a simple, but bad proceedure. We were expecting at least for their apologies but, when we called, and exposed our dissapoinment, that woman the veterinarian, hanged up the phone to us. Be aware... I don't recommend this place.

Got our dog operated last year. The doctor who adminster the operation was ****DOCTOR R.****. She told us that the tumor was benign. Few weeks after the operation. The tumor metastasized and our dog died. She asked us why we did not request for biopsy. To my realization, your are a doctor. You should know what to do, and you put the blame on us becuase we never requested for a biopsy. After the operation you threw the specimen away. All I can say is the facility for this is establishment is good. Its just you have a doctor who doesn't know what the hell she's doing. I am celebrating my dogs birthday today. A cold face doctor , who doesn't care at all. #NeverAgain

We brought our puppy for check up becoz it looks very thin due to constant vomiting and loss of appetite and the only thing the vet told us is " ohh.. Ka sad sa iya.." 😖 and we didnt even know that the condition was already worse as it is, werent even honest enough to tell us the seriousness of the situation, we thought everything will be okay if we did what was prescribed, but just after 2 days our pet died. It was very devastating.. All we have is regret...

Thank you deeply to the lady veterinarian (sorry, we will learn her name and post later our thanks again) and Animal Hospital medical team for saving our 2-month-old labrador's life. Mocha is still there, being treated for an infected liver, but she is now active. Yesterday, when we brought her in, she could only lie still, unable to eat, and could only breath laboriously. If we hadn't brought Mocha there yesterday, she would have died. God Bless You All. Sincerely, Jerry and Yan Rivers
