East Villa Private Resort

This one is a surprise hit for me as I did not expect the place to be big. The villa was able to accommodate my team of 20 people for a team building activity. The rooms are clean, linen fresh and the bathrooms are awesome. There are a total of 3 bathroom (each for the two bedrooms and 1 at the pool area. The minimalist styling of the place made it possible to conduct trust activities. I think maintenance on some of its utilities such as the knob of the bathroom at pool area and the sink at the kitchen is deemed for urgent attention. Otherwise the place and ambience is excellent. They do not allow eating of very aromatic fruits, but it can still be eaten at the garden...air conditioning is just right. the pool is great. The price is just right. And it is located at the back of marketplace. All in all good place for activities and gathering of small group.

Pretty good place for a private function. It has 4 airconditioned rooms, a living room, kitchen and pool. The only problem is that they don't have a generator so if there's a scheduled brownout during your event, you won't have electricity either. Wish they could address this. Place is really nice.

The place is nice,but we had a not so good experience b4 we checkout.we arrived at the resort pass 2pm of dec. 2,at around 4pm unfortunately we discovered that all ther color code tv jack wer missing.caretakers told us that d group ahead of us had stolen it.they bought 1 tv jack for us to use knowing they had 4 tv's all through out d place.check out time,dec 3,they want us to replace d 1plate missing.our biggest fault is that we had not check ther things b4 we enjoyed the place.they are telling us that they are doing the inventory,that they dont even know ther tv jacks are lost until we told them.lesson learned,pls check all the things they are providing u to use b4 u start ur party.u might experience what we had experienced.
