My family witnessed one of the employees pulling our dog while grooming him and wasn’t even careful with the handling of our dog. Our poor baby was traumatized and there were scratches on his skin after the groom. Wouldn’t recommend.

You van see what the groomer is doing since its a glass window. The receptionist are nice and expect ypur dog to come out groomed and pretty
