We mourn the loss of our first born puppies. We came early for our dog’s delivery at around 8am and was assured only the best care during this milestone. Our dog had a hard time pushing her puppies out and had to endured the disastrous labor. We got a call pass the hour of 1pm that cesarian section will be perfomed because no puppies were coming out. Just imagine it took 4-5 hours before they finally decided to do cesarian section. Puppies died dreadfully and our dam had to go through surgery because her uterus burst. She cant get pregnant anymore after what happened. Our veterinarian didnt even recommend an x-ray or ultrasound beforehand to check the litter sizes. If you entrust your dog with this clinic and feel confident with their services & expertise then good for you. But this has been an overwhelming experience for us. A difficult one to bear. I feel that there should’ve been a sense of urgency and empathy from the people running this clinic. We felt that it wasnt met given our situation now.

Giving it 5 stars, because the vet is very accommodating and I've been well informed about the check up. So far, it's a great clinic if your near the area. If not, still a great pet clinic.

Your pet is their number one priority. Their residing Veterinarians are very knowledgeable and really knows their stuff.
