I got so many good feedback and reviews from facebook so tried this hair salon. It's good to come early otherwise during the day they get so busy. They have a free hair consultation as well if planning to do some certain hair procedures. The senior hair dresser/manager is really good at it giving advise. I have a very bad hair fall and wanted to do some hair color etc but very well said it's better to do hair treatment which I am very thankful. They have a clear and transparent menu of their offers and promotions. I opt for a hair collagen treatment after discussion and the product that will be used. What I didn't like once the procedure is about to start I was shown with a different product that will be used. Any customer will be annoyed by that, if the product is not available at least they should have the sense to tell ahead with their customers and not to be surprised, instead of hair collagen it became brazilian blowout treatment. Also as a sense of decency and profesionnalism, staff shouldn't be shouted or scolded in front of their customers specially early morning bussiness hours.nThey work as a team, friendly too. One staff did my hair wash and application of product, another did my blow dry and hair Iron and other staff did my hair cut. Absolutely recommended, but professionalism should be developed.
