One of the nurses at the nurse station was really accommodating. I just forgot to ask her name. The doctor who checked on my was really nice and accommodating as well. Except for this male receptionist na medyo suplado and the other one as well. All in all ok naman my experience sa knila.

Service was fast. Staff courteous and competent. Went there on a good day, walk in. Short qeue, doctor was quick and precise. Tests--xray and cbc done right after. Patient coming back for follow up tomorrow. Hope we get the same quick and competent service. This is a typical one-stop clinic in a mall. Very convenient.

Thank you very much to TMC Trinoma and Antipolo for the very efficient response to my request for my medical records. However, TMC-SM North EDSA Annex's response was very much delayed by the protocol of TMC Main, since my former physiatrist isn't connected with SM North EDSA Annex anymore. In such case, TMC should implement a better policy regarding the procurement of medical records based on notes of former medical providers. On the other hand, branch lady bosses Connie and Glenda both smoothly bridged the gap towards the end of the entire release process.
