I was there to cover up my old tattoo, and they told me that it's gonna take like 2-4 hours job and it may cost me 5000-7000 php peso he said because of the complex of the new design to the old one. The size of my tattoo is 10cm x 9cm. Was not that big..nnFirst of all the artist did not do a good cover up, the lines from my old tattoo still shows up, the artist did 1 and half hour instead of 2-4 hours, he was more busy getting it done as fast as possible because he and his colleagues was going out right after he was done with my tattoo, and when I payed they were still asking for 7000 php peso..
