It may not have the whitest sand, but to me this is the most beautiful beach in the Philippines and one of my favourite places in the world. There's no road access and the handful of resorts are low key and attractive. Sugar Beach's remoteness also means that it's never crowded here and come in the low season there's rarely more than a handful of people on the beach
