If it's possible to give negative stars I would. Honestly, it seems they're only good for when you need registration and nothing else. And God forbid you're involved in an accident where Standard is the insurer for both parties. I was in such an altercation in mid-January and nothing has been resolved to date (03APR19 and counting) and it's not like the at-fault driver didn't have ample coverage for the damage caused! Imagine my outrage when Standard had the nerve to ask me, the victim and also their client, to co-pay which I refused in principle. If you're at Standard claims and have the misfortune of having to deal with a certain Chary, seek restitution from another claims processor for your own peace of mind. With her, you'll only be wasting time and effort you'll never get back!
