This is a private hospital, but the service given to patient is worst than public hospitals. Due to the unavailability of private rooms, our patient were admitted in ward room. The patient's gown, beddings were not being changed daily, we have to request several times, even takes 2 days for our request to be granted. I don't know if this is same treatment we would be getting if we were admitted in private rooms.nnWater supply in toilets runs out for couple of days.nnNurses are unapproachable and needsnto be trained for customer service. We've been into a lot of private hospitals in Bacolod, and our first time to be at HMOMH, but comparatively speaking, this hospital still has a lot of things to improve especially how the nurses deal with their patients.
