Bad customer service experience in Sumishu Financing Corporation in BACOLOD CITY, OFFICE STAFF AND FIELD COLLECTORS HAVE NO GOOD PUBLIC RELATION SKILLS KNOWS NOT TO HANDLE CUSTOMER WELL AND NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED PEOPLE, INCOMPETENTT POOR QUALITY employees from OFFICE STAFFS (not answering call queiries and knows not to handle customer queries well, NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED office staffs) and especially their FIELD COLLECTORS, ( NO MANNERS AND HAVE NO GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS) Definitely not recommended if you have plans to get a motorcycle.
