I am writing on behalf of my brother Santos Lagunsay. He used to work at San Isidro High School in Pasay as janitor. Two days ago, he applied for unemployment benefits from SSS, but he was denied for the reason that he needs to go to Dole Manila to get a certificate. Why he needs to go to Manila when there is office in Bacolod? He is unemployed and that will cost money, which he cannot afford. I am hoping that your office will consider his situation.
