Her assistant is very unprofessional. I called today to have an appointment and she doesn't seem to have good phone ethics. I feel bad that parents who are calling to have their kids checked are getting this kind of treatment especially coming from the assistant of a Doctor who is well respected and highly recommended. Dr. Alejano has better change her staff.
