Compared to pre digital appointments, their service has tremendously improved. You still have to wait, and suffer occasional prolonged wait due to system glitches, but overall, their service is a lot better. I would suggest an update on their local website for questions, concerns, and client convenience.

Quick and better service. Bigger space. Releasing won't take that long time.

Very fast and efficient flow inside. Got my PSA birth certificate in less than 20mins.

Better than the old PSA office. Clean, air-conditioned, restroom and has wide space for processing. You don't have to wait long to receive your requested documents

The place is small and needs more accommodation for the people. We just went there, people were waiting since 5am to get priority number and waits for a couple of hours. Good thing my parents are senior citizen as they have different lane for transactions but we still waited like an hour and maybe 20 minutes or so.
