Cafe Mina owner Miss Ingrid is a jolly and super nice person. Food is improving. The ambience is cool. Smooth Jazz Live Music was kicking off from Nov 2019 till February 2020 until the Pandemic hit hard. Overall, good place to hang around.

Hostess with the Mostess. She'd be hard to miss as she easily embodies the most noticeable trait of this Cafe. One can't help but be curious with the Hostess offering diners a delectable introduction of their menu. The little details that provide accent to the dining area should keep clients busy and entertained while waiting for orders to come in. The dishes were decent and respectable sufficiently making Cafe Mina a noteworthy hangout. Should it rain make sure to have an umbrella while heading towards the toilet.

Serves quite expensive food but such a nice place to chill after work. Has nice interior too.

Great coffee and really good desserts. They also serve breakfast among other hearty meals. Dog-friendly too.

Place is quiet and has a really nice atmosphere.nLocation is far for someone who isn't from Bacolod, or someone who stays at Lacson area so not much taxi drivers can take you there - better to take a Grab if it's your first time. Doesn't seem so safe to be at tho as it is beside a gasoline station (??).nI ordered a steak and it wasn't great nor was it that bad. It was just bland and the price was okay.nThe only thing I liked eating during my visit were the fries! They were flavorful!
