Pros: hygienic, more accommodating schedule-wise, very courteousnCons: very limited colors particularly if you want normal polish, the mani pedi I had wasn't as thorough compared to other places but they did the best they could. I asked for a matte finish, and it hardly turned out matte although my technician did as much as she could (applying an extra layer of matte finish and setting my hands under a fan)
