Not happy vc must go to the bank to close the account. Because like that, I have to take time off, skip the session, just because each payment is paid, it's too inconvenient for customers. When needed, please open it, when closing it makes it difficult.

Yesterday 26/12 am at 10h there was a transaction with you to receive the number 2 member. Asked you to change your new phone number to connect to your airpay account but the old phone number still receives the message to change accounts . When I finished going to register for airpay, I noticed that the phone number did not match the bank registration number :)))nnCalling back, then asked me to ask you to change the phone number on the card, then I do it :)) And for airpay, I have to call airpay ??? I heard too much owl for her name please want to complain about how my work is determined not to give, not for nv code always.nnSo I went out to ask for the airpay service, so I was told to do that (I also repeated as long as you can connect with airpay with that number) and now say so, how is your business here. Do not know but still make customers ?? This is ridiculous

Calling but picking up the phone but did not say anything. Too unprofessional. No. 2 employees ask for their full name, employee code to complain about poor attitude and expertise, and false advice will not provide information.
