Only Mina is the accommodating staff. I've been going here since it opened but now I don't think it's a good idea. There's this time where I paid extra for the other lady to fold them for 2 dryers. She only folded about 1/4 of my clothes. The damp ones, she refused to have them be left there so she can fold it the following day. I paid for those ha. She refused refund as well. It is frustrating how I can't even get in touch with anyone for a complaint.
