THE famous historical landmark located in the heart of San Nicolas. Whether you are coming from the south, north or east, you cannot miss this spot as this house offers unobstructed view from any direction. This ancestral house was used in World War II as a Headquarter of the Japanese Army and also used in the American Regime. It has witnessed world war, strong earthquakes and violent typhoons, and it is already showing signs of collapse. Currently, empanada stand occupies the first floor and it is quite a magnet for the locals craving for the atchuete-colored delicacy. (The perks of living in the neighborhood!)
