Chowking

This branch doesn't even deserve a star. Poor staff performance most specially in accomodating customers. Me and my friend went there starving only to find out there was a pork ban which is understandable but the fact that even in the shortage of menu, there's still discrepancies on other dishes. There's no pork, okay, BUT THERE'S ALSO NO BEEF AFTER TAKING OUR ORDER when it's only 11am. We requested to eat upstairs and the staff said yes but then the guard didn't listen to us. Instead, pinilit nila kaming itable sa ibang kumakain. Simple favor and task hindi man lang naayos, pinagantay pa kami nakatayo lang kami hawak yung order namin jusko. This branch is the WORST chowking I've ever been to.

Chowking is just like any other fastfood chain in the country. However, this branch seem to be short-staffed. Idk why but this has affected their customers satisfaction due too long waiting time. I still rate it 5 stars though mainly because the staffs i've encountered have been very accomodating. ●Parking Space: 🌟🌟 (3 slots for a 2-storey with about 100-customer capacity fastfood) ●Delivery Service: 🌟🌟🌟(1 delivery man with long waiting time for orders between 11:30am to 2:00pm) ●Drive-Thru: not available but with "Park-And-Go" Service that I haven't tried but was hoping to try - no staff awaiting orders at the parking so 🌟 😑 ●Food- in my experience "no record of flies or insects on food served", "maintains flavor of meals" except their halo-halo 😑so 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ●Staff- Generally, accomodating. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I did order less ice for milktea but there a lot ice. The same as normal ice.

Went there for breakfast at around 8:20am. We waited for the cashier for 3 mins since no one is at the counter to take our order. We ordered 3 chicken lauriat and was informed it would be served in 8 minutes. After waiting for around 22 minutes, we asked the personnel at the counter about our order. 2 minutes after, they served our order but there was no gravy. So, we asked for gravy but we were told to wait for 5 minutes since it was not yet cooked. The staffs are polite though however, their service is not that good.

Always average and okay.
