My laptop had a screen problem but instead of fixing it, they broke the motherboard and wouldn't even admit it even if I clearly gave the unit in good condition but it won't turn on prior to them returning the unit and I just found out the motherboard got broken and they still wouldn't admit it was there fault.nThe store has the most incompetent technician I've ever met who has absolutely no idea what he's doing and can't even explain the problem to me and they have the worst warranty services that I've encountered and to add insult to injury, they're very unresponsive.nIf you have any Acer products that you wish to get fixed, just go directly to the Acer service center and don't waste your time with this place.

I brought two laptop computers in this store before. One was ACER and the other was ASUS. Both were for repair and upgrading.nHappily both are still functioning well.
