Covid made their system efficient hahaha. Good job. Previously renewal of id takes 2-4hrs with complicated steps on processing. Now it only took 30 minutes.. WOW

The good things: New place. Very spacious. Safe. More serving windows. In-house photocopier. Bad thing: Hot ud83dudd25 No ventilation. Very small LCD monitors ud83dude05. Same strict ud83eudd28 and not so friendly personnel.

I came all the way for a website link! It should have been in their other website to guide those with problematic records. I called them prior to my arrival and stated my problem with the online appointment. They could have given me that link then and there! But I had to get there, queue up for hours just to be given a link! Inefficient, with additional risk of traveling and COVID infection...

3 stars for the new system of appointment and queing. However, in order to have a fast and convenient process, every window should function. There are only few windows with personnel that makes the operation and processing slow. Moreover, there is discrepancy of instructions when it comes to queing. The queing screen is also too small. Overall, good place with good ventilation but professionals do not deserve this, as PRC required CPD as for development, they must reciprocate this to their facility (airconditioned venue) and paperless transactions. (My appointment schedule is 9-10 AM, and I received my ID for renewal at 3 PM. Kudos for appointment system, pls make use of technology for faster transaction).
