Worst Customer Service Warning and Possession of Property
This happened during lunch time me and my girlfriend did an ATM transaction at their branch we parked our car in front of their establishment. Me and her decided to buy coffee on the shop across the street when the security guard shouted at us in a disrepectful manner for leaving our car on park we tried explaining that we were just gonna go buy coffee across the street and it wasn't gonna take a while. Yet he still chose to address us in a manner that was inadequate. This experience seriously puts your bank's name to shame I hope management adresses this issue with their personell and train them with GRMC. I called the bank after the incident and a guy named Roy answsered my call I just hope he addressed the guard regarding the situation. I had no problem with the guard reprimanding us about the parking issue. It was the way he addressed us that was disconcerning.
Very slow service , lunch break took long time we waited almost 2 hours na to get the EMV card, and only 1 teller cater us
