Good customer service and ambiance. The rooms were just a bit dated and needs more TLC. They have variety of food for their breakfast buffet, food is just average. It’s affordable and conveniently located in the heart of Davao just a walk away from malls. Very accessible, would definitely recommend.

Pinnacle hotel room 1029. November 10th 2019. Really nice room but no hot water in the bath tub. This is a cheap way for hotels to save money on water while still advertising a luxurious bath tub. The shower had hot water though.nnThe fitness room needs to be bigger and expanded with more equipment. This hotel is too big to have such a small minimal fitness room.

This hotel has poor hotel services. Imagine, we are paying almost 3000 per day and yet they can't fix their water heater? Their front desk just made an alibi that they don't know when their plumber will fix it or let say they don't have a budget to fix it! Their TV has very limited cable channels and they don't refill soap, shampoo and toilet papers and we are paying much per day. I don't recommend this low class hotel for tourists. Tinitipid nila ang supplies and no maintainance for water heater IS A MUST for hotels claiming that they are 3 stars? I'd rather use Redoorz.

I liked the staff, they were cool. The place does need updating, and the pool heater has been out of order since the earthquake, but the staff are so accommodating, it just made the while experience very plesent. The breakfast is nice there, lots to choose from. Its very close to malls, and anywhere you need to go. We were there to arrange our marriage, and its in a convenient location for sorting stuff at the town hall.
