I don't know what causes the long waiting time before the food was served. The rice is so hard. The chicken too. It seems we were served stale food. The one who got our order didn't know the menu as well. I think they have pretty decent number of staff during that time but most of them aren't around to cater customers. Would love to try again in the future to see if the service and the food improve.
