Not crowded. Disappointed that there was no sales person nearby to assist. Price tags not updated. Cashier told me to pay the higher price on the tags which was around P20 per item (2 pairs ofslippers). Kawawa raw kasi cashier pag hindi icover ng customer. Why does a customer have to cover for the mall's negligence? At least, they tried to help me find another pair of slippers that wasn't priced higher.

Loved to shop this mall but still need more improvement product display, stocks of shoes, clothing all sorts of rtws' are limited thus custumer shop to other mall just to find the "stuff" they want.

I like how slow-moving Robinsons Department Store General Santos is especially during weekdays and holiday season. I'd been here a couple of times and it gives you the same impression with the other RDS in the country that I've been so there's nothing special but there are some good finds.

Robinson's Supermarket is not congested and it offers a variety of goods not found in other supermarkets. Service is almost excellent

Place has deteriorated so badly that it is just a ghost of its former self. Place is dark and gloomy. Too bad cuz shopping here used to be a great experience. Now there are fewer brands especially shoes and pants for men. Prices are a bit lower than SM and KCC, if there's one good thing about it. Mgmt should do something to save this branch.
