faced with an unsuccessful purchase of watertank: we came from another island to buy a tank, it turned out that the tank is in stock in another area. when we began to find out in more detail about the possible options for free delivery to this store, because it is close to the boats, we were told two times that you will pay for the tank first, then we will talk in more detail. paid. we were offered delivery the next day to their store and the tank would be waiting for us. we agreed to come after the weekend, so that they probably already delivered it. and when we arrived to pick up the tank, it turned out that it did not look new, it turned out to be another manufacturer’s company, and there were significant defects in it. we refused to take this tank. the store said that they didn’t have another at the warehouse, but they could not immediately return the money, only the next day after lunch. because they need to take this tank back. employees exceeded their authority by taking the original payment receipt. and when we decided to come back to collect the check, they indifferently closed the door and said wait about the end of the lunch break in an hour and a half. decided to wait because trust is no longer there. the check was taken. returned to davao on another day took the money. in the end, a lot of money spent on travel, nerves, and most importantly time !!! and no apologies from the store.
