Premium products with premium price tag. Good inventory. Same quality with other same tiered hardware. Bad delivery services though. If they're offering to deliver tiles, don't expect them to carry it for you or to your doorstep. 3 stars just because I expect better services for the premium pricing.

If only it were closer to home, I'd buy all the materials and tools for my home diy projects from that place. Love the large space and range of products one can choose from. Hard to resist the urge to impulse-buy when I'm there. ud83dude04

Security guard showed instances of discrimination against blue-collar personnel under job contract at Wilcon, as follows:n1. His act of not loaning pen to workers filling out forms (for contact tracing purposes), but allows other guests to borrow his writing instrument; and,n2. His act of prioritizing several employees exiting the building versus the release of one (1) ID of a worker who came to him before the employees’ arrival.nnSGs are front liners; hence represents the image of the company. They are expected to extend the same pleasant customer experience to anyone entering/exiting the premises regardless of socioeconomic status.

Huge place with a great variety of hardware products. Staff is very helpful and courteous too.
