The staff and great the management not do much. Never have I been to a hotel that told me after you check out your are not allowed to sit in the lobby and wait. If it was not for the room staff this place which get one star for that incident alone. Really they have no concept of customer service at all with that attitude. They should consider a different life of business.

Very accommodating. Clean and affordable. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends for an overnight stay if they ever have plans on visiting Tagum City.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. No water in the 2nd and 3rd floor. Comfortrooms are unusable (still due to lack of water). Intercom is not functional. This is more of a cheap lodge... than a hotel.

Place is cozy, clean, and affordable. Highly recommended for budget conscious individuals. It has Wifi as well on all floors.
