I like their services, it's very reliable, and I'm quite satisfied by the amount of dedication they had in the earliest days of the branch in Catbalogan. They'll call you when your package has arrived and their staffs are polite unlike the other shipping service providers here in the city. Their employees are nice and accommodating and will answer any queries without hesitation or indifference. And concerning about the quality of how they handle your shipments, its all right or just okay for me. My expected package came on time and in perfectly good shape and it's just the quality service we all need.
