If I can put a zero star I would. I specifically ordered white chocolate for Christmas Eve. The cake was picked up and once we opened it , it was the wrong cake. We got a chocolate cake instead. It was Christmas Eve and we couldn't return it. I don't see the point of ordering ahead of time only for them to give you whatever they had. We returned the cake the next day, on Christmas Day! When we told them that they made a mistake, the lady helping us was giggling. They replaced our cake with the white chocolate one, but upon closer inspection, the cake was obviously reused becaused there were traces of red icing on the white surface. The red colour of the velvet was also fading into the white icing indicating that they gave us an old cake! Never again! We ordered specifically white chocolate because the elderly weren't allowed to consume caffeine. I'm glad you're getting rich from screwing with your customers.

Very dissappointing! My sister and I ordered a cake ahead of time for christmas to make sure we get the cake we wanted.. Christmas eve, we still got the wrong cake. To make it even worse, when we went back to the bakery for a replacement.. They gave us an old cake, seemed like there was an old writing on it, they just erased it and rewrote on it.. We knew from the smudge all over the cake.. When we tasted it, tasted old, like its been in the fridge for a while, like a super sweet fridge taste... Also, staff was not very helpful and even laughed at the situation as if it was funny for us to have to go back to make sure we get the right cake... Quite sad really, i was looking forward to it.. Very disappointing. Will never recommend it to anyone.
