Well experienced Physical Therapist! Certainly knows what she’s doing! Based on my experience, I had an instant result after one session. We had a virtual therapy as I am abroad. I had back pain months after giving birth, can’t up from bed on my own, hurts when climbing up and down the stairs, simple bending activities hurts like brushing teeth, washing my face, hoovering the floor. Following her advised home treatment/exercises, my back pain is totally gone after few days. No joke, she’s really good!
