im a visitor from Manila and we're currently booked near this spa, so we called to have our reservation,..when we arrived at the spa the front desk seemed in a bad mood, not accommodating at all, worst service ever and the massage was also terrible,..., worst thing happened to us in Iloilo,,,masahe o haplos2x lng?

the place is not relaxing and the massage is so lame,,,the front desk/manager is not welcomingud83dude16,,,ill never comeback again..

Silk spa have selected therapists which are really good in destressing. However, the receptionist Maam Ella is not accomodating at all. She is not warm to customers. Better advise her before you loose some of your valued clients. I believe that clients interest should come first.
