Worst customer service. Not accommodating. They dont treat their clients nicely even the old ones, they yell at them as if they are so busy. Once they call out priority numbers and no one responds they get irritated. Its should be understandable if the patient is old but they dont care. THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD HIRE OR TRAIN THEIR STAFF especially the BILLING CLERKS. They work in a health facility they should be more accommodating and understanding.

The reviews here are true, customer service is very poor. Upon our arrival, there is a cashier on the first window and two staff standing behind her talking about something and some other employees were there, we had to stand and wait for some time before we were accommodated (there were only 3 customers were there) and for the processing of papers, check up and insurance, there's no coordination between the employees in the lobby and on the second floor, we had to go upstairs and downstairs all over again, piece of advice, make the processing of papers and payments on the second floor as well.

Staff are not accomodating . They don't entertain customer unless you ask them directly. Customer's are lining up outside and they don't bother asking how can they help. Results are delayed, you have to ask them for follow up. They should have an initiative to help customer's instead of letting us wait for hours. Please train them on how to provide great customer service to avoid bad experiences in the future. Thank you

While the results were very clear and fast, customer service was unfortunately very poor. It would be better to tell the staff to treat customers/patients better

Better customer service hopefully next time I visit. If I experience the same experience I had last time I visited, I might have to transfer diagnostic center
