ILOILO BUSINESS HOTEL

Kind a classy hotel when you entered. Accomodating staffs. But the elevator is kind a slight disturbing because you need to go out faster of else youll be crush by its door funny though but it really close very quick but this is just our experience..

This hotel cheats foreigners at the front desk. So be forewarned. Long story short, stay at Diversion across the street as it’s the same price point and I also experienced booking a room there for relatives. I unfortunately booked two rooms at this hotel. Air conditioning in one room was old and inoperative. Concerns were dismissed on the grounds that there were no other rooms available.nnConcierge was polite but unhelpful. I’d rather have a rude but helpful concierge, otherwise having one at all is pointless.nnMy travel companion in the other room had broken the plastic room key identifier (not the key) and front desk charged us P500. That is beyond excessive and is outright discrimination. Do not stay here and support this practice. Again, stay somewhere else.

Wi-Fi has poor internet access.nTV remote not working.nNo provided slippers.nPortion of TV screen has damage.

Good place to stay. Have good food. Friendly and such hospitable employees.
