Service advisor is accommodating and has a good customer relation but the way they Cleaned/washed the unit after PMS is very poor. It seems this reflects how they work in maintaining our Ford units. The supervisor also doesn’t know How to deal when customer complain. He just advised me to report to ford Philippines for their service rating.
