To whom It May Concern,nnI had a very bad experience yesterday with your ultrasound. I have a scheduled 2 pm TVS yesterday. I went there 20minutes before 2 pm. They just told me to sit and wait. My health card wasn't approved and was told it was expired in 2020. I just used it in January 2021. I called HR but they could reach the hospital numbers no one's answering! Even my health card tried calling your staff but still no answer. The worst part is I waited for almost 3hrs even though I told them I am not feeling well and have heavy bleeding from the staff of Dr. Gemma Fulgado. I missed my OB appointment and had to look for another one. The OB wasn't friendly and accommodating either. Giving me vague answers which is more confusing since im so stress and tired due to my heavy bleeding and long hours or waiting already.nnI was able to get an OB at 6 pm at another hospital I am already diagnosed with threatened abortion and severe bleeding. The stress and inefficient process of your staff risked my baby inside my womb. I hate your hospital I will never go back!!!! I will tell this to all the people I will meet!!!! You will kill your patient instead of helping them! Not to mention the guard who did not let my mom assist me since I'm having severe back pains while some healthy clients have their companion! I pray that this will not happen to you and your family!!! Your service sucks!!!

The tone of the nurse is not very friendly. We all know healthcare workers are working very hard we understand that but always remember that you are being paid to be friendly and polite. Please reprimand the nurse on duty outside 4/19/21

Been hospitalized here for 3 days; 3 1/2 including half the day that it took for the hospital to get me up in my room. The doctor I checked with is nice but all the staff members (nurses in particular) are just rude and unprofessional. During my 3 days there I had to constantly ask for information and practically ask them for instructions-- it's like they don't communicate with their doctors. They had run one test per day (take note I had quite a lot of test requests from the doctor due to my TIA) which i thought was not necessary. There wasn't much patients and tests like my 2D Echo and Vasc Carotid wouldnt have taken 3 long hours if they hadn't been busy chit-chatting about hospital gossip rather loudly. Another thing is, I understand nurses are supposed to do rounds multiple times a day but I find it very rude that they do not knock and just bust in the door early in the morning waking up my companion whose been tired taking care of me. Honestly a little courtesy to patients and their companions will be appreciated. There's plenty more but i'd rather save it. Giving a 1 star rating for cleanliness. Thats all.
