Hair Cut Encarnacion Salon

I march march 16, 2019 says I can cover my white hair. I agree and my charge is 1000.00 for color with treatment. Since they have a lot of customers that day, it's just a hair conditioner that I'm so disgusting to look at in the sink for almost 30 minutes. I ended up blowing my hair immediately and I asked for the treatment. It's okay because it's a conditioner. Every day my hair is hard until today 12 days and my hair immediately whiten. I was really disappointed. When I'm ok they're just using the name Encarnacion. Grabe !!!
