To get to this hospital parking lot, you need to go through Salazar St. and enter through a narrow gate. This is basically the left side of the hospital. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes and 10Php if you exceed 30 mins. Probably 10php more every succeeding hour. The area is not concreted and gets kind of muddy after rain. There's a security giuard and a parking attendant at the gate. Overall this parking area serves it's purpose since its difficult to park at Avenida Veteranos or get a spot at the small paid parking near Caltex veteranos.
