Turned over supposedly 2017, but unit only given spring of 2018, allowed to be occupied in Dec. 2018. Roof deck damage April 2019 from an earthquake and needs to be addressed by Avida developer and their contractor with a long term solution. They really need a durable dupont or comparable weather proofing materials on the roof deck that covers the entirety of the roof deck after patching the damage. Yearly roof deck leak starting 2019 and now 2020 has become a stressful experience. Today October 18, 2020 my ceiling finally collapsed.

Strategically located at the heart of Paco Manila. Near Gil Puyat LRT station and SM and Robinson's Manila. Great indoor pool to and skyline view to relax. Also features a mini park for children of its tenants.
