Fairly new. Not bonggacious but good enough for an office. A bit of problem for visitors parking.

I went to this building to register my business to BIR RDO 034 (PACO-PANDACAN-STA MESA). This BIR is not over-populated, though not that fast either. It would still make you wait but not that long for you to lose your patience. They only have one photocopy machine (vendor) and so the line for photocopy might be quite time consuming. Also the one manning it left before 3pm so we had a problem to where we could photocopy our documents because there was no other photocopiers nearby.
