First off, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HAVE THEIR BELOVED PETS GROOMED HERE. Our dog was entrusted to them and nonchalantly, with very less remorse, they returned the dog back with a chunk of her tongue cut off with no explanation nor an urgent phone call to notify us of the incident! This is unacceptable!!! We will be monitoring our dog’s condition as of now and would like the pet owners to be cautious, not everyone will have the same amount of compassion for our pets nor the passion to do their jobs impeccably.
